Front Page Category is a plugin that allows you to filter the categories that appear on the homepage of your WordPress blog through settings in the Customizer.
I first found this this plugin in 2015 when I was asked by a Pro Theme Design customer how to do this. The plugin had been abandoned and so I adopted it. I rewrote the plugin. Moved the settings to the Customizer so that you can preview their effect, and made it more secure.
